How We Use Book Content

EbookQA publishes questions and answers written from the content of specific books, for educational commentary and reference. Answers reference and, where useful, quote limited excerpts from the source book — every question and answer is clearly attributed to the book it comes from, and links back to it. We do not republish full chapters or the full text of any book.

Filing a Copyright Notice

If you're an author, publisher, or other rights holder and believe content on EbookQA infringes your copyright or should be corrected or removed, send a notice to contact@ebookqa.com that includes:

  • The title and author of the book, and identification of the copyrighted work you're claiming.
  • The specific URL(s) on EbookQA where the content appears.
  • Your name, and a way to contact you (email is fine).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What Happens Next

We review every notice we receive. If a request is valid, we will remove or edit the content in question. If we need more information to evaluate a request, we'll reply to the contact you provided.
